Where do you deliver?
We only deliver to Singapore addresses for now! Let us know if you would like to ship elsewhere.
What are your working days? Do you ship on weekends?
Working days are from Monday-Friday (excl. public holidays). We do not ship out on weekends, but some of our delivery services may deliver on Saturdays for residential addresses so you don't have to wait till Monday!
When can I expect delivery?
Simple. Refer to the table above and do not count the date of purchase itself.
Is my package trackable?
Only packages delivered to the doorstep are trackable. Tracking information will be sent to you via SMS from the delivery providers.
How are my items packaged?
We go to great lengths to ensure that your items reach you safely!
Our prints (up to A4) are sealed in a waterproof plastic sleeve into an envelope with a cardboard backing to prevent damage
Prints (larger than A4) and posters are sealed in waterproof plastic sleeves and delivered in hard mailing tubes
Other products such as framed prints and canvases are sealed in a plastic sleeve, bubbled-wrapped, then packed in a box for safe shipping.
I purchased some prints and a poster and selected Local Standard shipping. Based on the table, my prints will be delivered to the letterbox while the poster will be shipped to my doorstep. Will this be the case?
Nope. We will pack all your items together and ship them to your doorstep instead.
Why do you charge for Self-Collection(next working day)?
For next-day collections to be possible, we process your order before the rest and skip our lunch break! We charge a small fee for that :)
When and where can I collect my items?
You can collect them from 10am to 4pm on weekdays (excl. public holidays) at our office at 99 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #03-06, S(415984). Let us know if you can't make it for those timings and we will see how we can help you!
Can I place an order and have it sent straight to my friend’s address?
Yes, we’ll deliver your prints to your preferred destination! Just make sure you key in their addresses when you are at the Shipping Information page.
Can you expedite my order?
If you need your items earlier, you can select a faster delivery option. If you need it even faster than what we offer, contact us and we will try to work something out.
What if I entered a wrong / incomplete address? Will I be charged for re-delivery?
We will do our best to check for inaccuracies in the addresses to ensure that your mail reaches you, but we are unable to make any guarantees. Your mail will not reach you if your address is inaccurate / incomplete. Mail with inaccurate / incomplete addresses will come back to us only after 10 working days and we charge for a redelivery. Please make all efforts to key in the correct and complete address (especially unit number!!) as Print For Fun will not be held liable for items lost in the mail.
Can I deliver to my place of employment / campus?
Yes! For items sent to the "letterbox", they would usually end up in the building's mail room before slowly making its way to you. If you need them urgently, you should try to get it directly from the mailroom.
For items sent to "doorstep", our couriers will deliver within office hours and usually contact you before delivering.
