Hello everybody. Welcome to the Print For Fun blogpost. On today\u2019s blog post we will be talking about wall art prints and ideas on what to print on your walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our wall art prints are printed on matte paper. You might be wondering what is the difference between matte paper and normal semi-gloss paper? There are a few key differences between the two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, matte paper has less glare as compared to glossy paper. This is because glossy papers have a shiny finish and the shiny finish will tend to reflect a lot of light. This can make it difficult for the viewer to look at the image from certain angles. On the other hand, for matte paper, it has a smooth or textured finish which reflects a little bit of light. This allows the viewer to view the print from any angle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, matte prints are less prone to damage as compared to glossy ones. The shiny finish on glossy prints is a little bit sticky and this can attract dirt and fingerprints which may result in damage to the print. In the case of matte prints, there is no shiny finish and hence this makes it less prone to attracting dirt and fingerprints<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Print For Fun, we do offer 2 variations in our art paper. We have the ultra-smooth paper or a textured paper. Both papers have a different character to them which gives off a different feel to the printed image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    One great way to decorate your walls at home is to print your wedding picture on matte paper and frame it up to hang on your wall. This serves as a great wall decoration and also reminds you of your blissful marriage every time you see the wall art print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
