At Print For Fun, we understand that some of our customers may need to print passport photos and have questions regarding this. With some shops closed, we end up having to take the passport photos ourselves. In today’s blogpost, we would be sharing some tips and advice on how to take a suitable passport photo.
1. Find a white background
Take a photo with a white background as most passport photo requires the photo to be taken with a white background for it to be accepted
2. even brightness
Try not to have any shadows in your photo and ensure an even brightness.
3. eyes need to be on the camera
Avoid turning your body/angling your facial features from the camera as this would be rejected.
4. Clear glasses
Ensure that the glasses worn in are not tinted or reflect any camera flashes.

What sizes do you offer?
At the moment, we offer sizes 3.5cm x 4.5cm and 4cm x 6cm. Some of countries using 3.5cm x 4.5cm would be:
- Singapore
- United Kingdom
- Belgium
Some of the countries using 4cm x 6cm would be:
- Indonesia
- Vietnam
Can we have different photos for the passport
No. Only 1 photo is used for 1 set.
How many passport photo is 1 set?
The passport photo comes in a set of 8.
Do you guys do any editing?
We only do slight adjustment such as brightening and contrast
Can you remove the background?
No, we are not able to remove the background
How fast can we receive it?
We offer 3 different shipping option that you choose from:
- Local standard 5-8 working days ($2) (Letterbox)
- Local express 3 working days ($8) (Doorstep)
- Local courier next working day ($20) (Doorstep)
Do take note that the working day is not inclusive of the day you’ve ordered. Do expect delays for those that are opting local standard during this period due to the shortage of manpower on the mailing side. We seek your kind understanding during this time. Our Self collection is not available during this period.
